Legacy Park is a swim tennis community in Kennesaw Georgia, located at the north west corner of Cobb County. Built in the late 1990's it is a swim and tennis community with a 140 acre private park in the center of the the subdivisions. My husband and I moved here last Sept and have been enjoying the community, the people and all of the amenities. We have 3 active dogs and enjoy our twice daily walks around and through the park with them. Even on the hottest days the shade of the nature trails can be enjoyed by all.
One of the great features of the park, community and surrounding area is the large amount of mature trees. The layout and design of the community provides a wooded setting in a subdivision with more than 2000 homes. One of the things we love is seeing the deer in and around the park. We have a few growing fawns and the seldom seen bucks. Last week we did see this good looking gentleman at the edge of the soccer green.
